Ceiling repair in Huntington Harbour
Huntington Harbour was built on dredged channels starting in the 1960s. The air off the water never really dries out. A small roof leak or a sweating duct leaves a stain that stays damp, and a lot of these houses have been added onto with low-slope roofs that fail at seams and drains.

Original ceilings are often drywall with popcorn in the bedrooms and a later texture in the rooms that were opened up.
